STUDIO POLICIES

Arrival & Check-In

  • Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for class to check in, warm up, and get settled. Late arrivals may not be permitted once class has started for safety reasons.

Attire & What to Bring

  • Wear comfortable, fitted clothing that allows movement.

  • For pole classes, shorts and a tank top are recommended for grip. Avoid lotions or oils before class.

  • Bring water, a towel, and a positive attitude.

  • Remove all jewelry to protect your skin and the studio equipment.

Studio Etiquette

  • Be respectful of others and keep language and behavior positive.

  • Please wipe down poles, mats, and equipment after use.

  • Phones are welcome for photos or videos only with instructor permission and never during warm-up or instruction.

  • No food or gum is permitted in the studio area.

Payments & Cancellations

  • All classes must be paid in advance to secure your spot.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before class for a credit or reschedule.

  • No-shows or late cancellations will result in the loss of that session.

  • Monthly passes and class bundles are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Safety & Cleanliness

  • Our poles and equipment are sanitized daily.

  • If you’re feeling unwell or injured, please notify your instructor before class.

  • Participation is at your own risk—listen to your body and move at your own pace.

Minors

  • Students under 18 must have a parent or guardian’s consent form on file.

  • Kids’ and teen classes are supervised by certified instructors.

Do I need any experience to start?

Not at all. Most of our students begin as complete beginners. Our instructors will guide you step-by-step and help you build strength and confidence safely. It is a fun, inclusive, and judgment-free space. OPA is a community where everyone is welcome—no matter your shape, size, or skill level.

Do you offer private lessons or parties?

Yes. We host private sessions for birthdays, bachelorettes, girls’ nights, team-building events, and more. Contact us to book your private experience.

Is there an age limit for pole classes?

We offer classes for both kids and adults, with age-appropriate instruction for each.

How many poles are in the studio?

Our studio features 10 professional-grade poles, 8 aerial hammocks, and 2 flying aerial poles, along with full-length mirrors, restrooms, and lockers for your convenience.
