PRIVATE PARTY TERMS

Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to reserve your private party date and time.

• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 48 hours before the event.

• Bookings are confirmed only after the deposit and signed agreement are received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance may be rescheduled once at no additional charge (based on availability).

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the party will result in the loss of the deposit.

• No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged in full.

Arrival & Duration

• Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and prep.

• Parties run for 60–90 minutes, depending on your package. Late arrivals will shorten your total time.

What to Wear

• Comfortable clothing that allows movement. For pole sessions, shorts and tank tops are recommended for grip.

• No lotions or oils before class. Remove all jewelry to protect your skin and our poles.

Guests & Age Policy

• Each participant must sign a liability waiver before the session begins.

• Participants must be 18 years or older unless prior approval is given for an age-appropriate session.

• You may bring your own refreshments (non-alcoholic only) unless otherwise arranged.

Safety & Conduct

• Please follow instructor directions at all times.

• Any behavior deemed unsafe or disruptive may result in early termination of the session without refund.

• OPA is a body-positive, judgment-free environment. Respect toward instructors and guests is expected at all times.
