THE STUDIO
Step into our 230 sq. ft. pole and aerial studio — an inviting, energizing space designed for movement, confidence, and community. Equipped with 10 professional-grade poles, 8 aerial hammock scarfs, and 2 flying aerial poles, our studio offers everything you need to explore strength, flow, and artistry.
You’ll also find lockers, full-length mirrors, and restrooms for your comfort and convenience. Whether you’re joining a class, hosting an event, or working toward your fitness goals, our space is built to support every spin, climb, and moment of growth.

Founded with a passion for movement and empowerment, Opa Dance & Fitness is more than a studio — it’s a community. What began as a vision to bring pole fitness and dance to Bermuda has grown into a welcoming space where every body is celebrated.
